Description of Ambient execution
A plugged-in electrical device uses power even when turned off. It’s a good fact to know, and not many people know it. As part of their campaign to deliver energy-saving tips to the public, the client asked how we might change that.This idea featured plugged-in power cords as ‘live’ animals, in the style of a zoo exhibit. Plaques, done in the same style, explained the message. Installations were placed at the zoo and around the city in high-traffic bus stop locations.
