Synopsis:
"Save Frisian" is a project about Saterland — a town in Germany. Despite the low population (only 13,282 people) they keep their native language which is called Saterland Frisian. Recently Frisians were forced to use bilingual (in German and Frisian) signs in the whole town. We think that one culture should not be suppressed by another. They must co-exist.We decided to underwrite different objects in Frisian language in Germany. In our project we create two different media. Posters are the main way of commu-nication. Also we use stickers as our touchpoints. They keep the structure of the posters, but can be used on a large number of objects. We can use different pointers depending on the current situation.
