English Translation of Main Headlines
To create communication by design for the festival in Aoyama,Tokyo. We were asked to design the coexistence of town and nature to draw in people and develop the town. The town had needed a low-budget newsy idea to attract people. So we made the street into the gallery of “weeds.” Photographs were mainly placed underfoot with a numbered water pot.As a result,50000 people visited for a month. The festival was introduced by the state channel and newspapers. Shops could worked together and sent the message from the town collectively. After this project, there is a movement to deepen exchanges among shops.
