English Translation of Main Headlines
The Tricolore, or the Tricolor, are the team colors of the Yokohama F-Marinos, a Japanese soccer team that boasts the largest stadium in Japan. Each ad describes a youngster, who is watching a game in a local stadium, and enjoying the game as if he was his favorite player himself. Distinctive facial expressions and game shots of players were carefully chosen for this project to depict the sense of reality and excitement of the stadium and of a four-year old child, who pretends to be his favorite player.
