English Synopsis
The Johnny Cash Project is a global collective public art project. Inspired by individually supplied frames of archival footage and through the use of a custom drawing tool, participants are invited to create and share their vision of the Man in Black. These unique and personal portraits are then strung together and played in sequence over the song, "Ain't No Grave", creating a moving, ever-evolving homage to the musical icon. The result: a crowd-sourced animated music video, rising from a sea of one-of-a-kind portraits.
