Synopsis:
Neighborhood Health Plan has re-launched as AllWays Health Partner, as part of a comprehensive effort to improve the overall health care experience. As AllWays Health Partner, the company is implementing new offerings designed around the health plan’s unique, people-first perspective. This campaign, created by marketing partner Mechanica, communicates the brand’s mission through the theme “You in every way” through TV, radio, online, and out-of-home spots and experiences. Each highlighting different programs and benefits that demonstrate AllWays Health Partners’ commitment to finding new and better ways to meet the needs of the people it serves.
One television spot features the fast, easy way members can get answers through live chat. Another introduces the first-of-its-kind customer loyalty program, with rewards like New Balance running shoes. A third commercial focuses on a program that makes it easier for members to try different treatments – like seeing a chiropractor or acupuncturist – in order to find what works best for them.
We’ve included assets, credits and quote below from both AllWays and their marketing pattern, Mechanica, on the rebranding. Let us know if you'd be interested in covering. We can connect you with execs from both AllWays and Mechanica if you’d like any additional information.
