This event announced the hiring of several important hires at new agency Barton F. Graf 9000.

Describe how the promotion developed from concept to implementation.
The hiring of a head of planning, head of digital and account director were important enough that a standard written press release just wouldn't do. We wanted to announce the news in a more attention-worthy fashion.

Being a new agency, foregoing the traditional written press release and delivering the news with an actual character drew attention to not only our new hires, but Barton F. Graf 9000 as a whole.
