In September 2011, British Airways re-launched the brand and unveiled the airlineâs promise of âTo Fly. To Serve.â The campaign re-established British Airwaysâ expertise for flying and its commitment to customer service, and this year won Gold at the Marketing Society Awards for Excellence in the Brand Revitalisation category. Two years on, the next chapter in the To Fly. To Serve. journey demonstrates the ways in which the airline has delivered on that promise, including new aircraft, world-class terminals, upgraded menus and new innovations to help British Airwaysâ customers on their journey.
