CARITAS Philippines tries to disrupt the usual practice of donating money, that's why they launch a new campaign called "Segunda Mana" meaning "Second Hand". The idea is instead of donating money, it would encourage people to donate in kind - Things you don't need/use anymore that others can still use like second hand clothes, accesories even furnitures. CARITAS believes this new approach will be more acceptable than donating cash.
