English Synopsis
Love Letters to the Future is a multi-platform project sponsored by Greenpeace International, to raise awareness about the rapidly expanding dangers of global warming. It launched with a website that had messages of love and hope to the future and developed into an alternate reality game to assemble a message sent from a woman living in a world that suffered from global warming 100 years from now. The message was fully showcased in a live event in Copenhagen at the UN Climate Change Conference. The global ARG including a locative game component was played in 13 cities around the world. In order to send your own love letter to the future and/or type in the search field 'Maya 2109'.
