Describe the objective of the promotion.
Saatchi & Saatchi is looking for new creative talent with an eye on digital.

Describe how the promotion developed from concept to implementation.
Most of the creatives have an iPhone.
So we created an iPhone app that would engage the target of advertising creatives in an unexpected way, during their day-to-day normal workflow. You have an idea? Test it straight away with the Mobile Creative Director, it’s fun!

Explain why the method of promotion was most relevant to the product or service.
We circulated the app on major blogs, Facebook pages and forums in Germany, and encouraged copywriters and ADs to use it. And right when they were engaged and having fun with it, the real message came up: a recruitment campaign by Saatchi & Saatchi.

Describe the success of the promotion with both client and consumer including some quantifiable results.
The game interface of this peculiar recruitment campaign helped us to reach the target group in a direct, personal, real and relevant way. Furthermore, the possibility of sending a message straight away to the recruiter made the use of media even more interesting.
Shortly after the seeding, the number of applications almost doubled. It was a great PR tool for Saatchi in helping promoting his image as a digital agency.
