Brief Explanation
Sting enlisted @radical.media to help him find an inventive way to celebrate his 25 years as a solo artist as well as his 60th birthday.

Exploring his collaborations, influences and activism we created an extensive Appumentary™ as well as a comprehensive book and box set. The App has a unique interface allowing users to explore the content through time and geography. It is the sole destination of the landmark concert at the Beacon Theater featuring: Bruce Springsteen, Lady Gaga, will.i.am, Mary J. Blige, Rufus Wainwright, and Stevie Wonder.

Sting and KSM, Inc. (Sting’s management) were extremely pleased with the level of access and our ability to illustrate the depth and breadth of the 25 years of his solo career. This was accomplished by leveraging the digital tablet platform, iPad allowing unprecedented access to his musical and humanitarian journey chronologically, or through twenty of his major influences, while listening to Sting vast musical catalogue from their iTunes library.

The Sting 25 app was provide for free to the masses with had an overwhelmingly response. Users were amazed at the level of access, ease of navigation, hours of interactive content and multi-media assets. Users were further engaged through specific content exclusive to the app experience - a digitally tactile look at Sting’s favourite instruments and a front row seat to his 60th Birthday Celebration.
