In Israel most young programmers are also enthusiastic gamers that spend most of their free time playing video games.
The agency conducted job interviews for programmers inside Diablo 3 - the fastest selling video game in history and a hit among computer geeks. The CEO's Diablo 3 character (a level 60 barbarian) waited for potential candidates in one of the game's toughest missions. Applicants were tested not only for their programming knowledge, but also for important skills like teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
