VO: (Scandinavian accent, very calm and sophisticated) For eighty years Volvo has been committed to designing the safest cars for our drivers. But what would life be like if Volvo wasn’t so committed to safety?

SFX: Dream land sound effects.

Man: So these tyres use flypaper for traction control?

Sales guy: (excited) That’s right, it’s state-of–the-art. They’re very, very, um... sticky.

VO: Wow, it's a good thing we take safety seriously. Count on Volvo to protect your family with features like electronically controlled all-wheel drive to keep you on the road and in control. Volvo. Thinking about safety. So you don't have to.
Brief Explanation

Volvo has a Scandinavian heritage and we decided to leverage this in the radio spots to sell the all-wheel drive vehicles.
