SFX: News jingle.
FV1: In the headlines...Pensioners to be banned from public beaches...A new toll tax to be imposed and war looms in Iraq. Good Morning. A white paper has been tabled in parliament proposing that anyone born before 1950 be banned from using any of Cape Town's beaches. Reasons given were that older people have unsightly bodies, their wrinkly skin does not need sun and that they are generally not very good at swimming. Government says they will provide a beach near Koeberg for this group of people. A new toll tax (fades out).
ANNCR: If you dont't believe this could happen, visit the Apartheid Museum and see how it did.
