Full script of the ad IN ENGLISH, REGARDLESS OF THE ORIGINAL LANGUAGE OF THE AD
ANN: Open camera. First scene. Exterior, day. A man holds topographic maps under his arm as he talks to some humble villagers. Man: 'My proposal is to build right here, the first airport for the landing of unidentifiable flying objects'. Sound effects: Crickets. Locals look at each other clueless. Cut to the village mayor stamping a piece of paper: 'Approved'. Cut to the same place a few years later. There’s a large road sign that reads: 'Extraterrestrial Port'. Fade to black. SFX: Music ANN: It happened in 2005 in Lajas, Puerto Rico. If the reality of Latin America’s like the movies, just imagine the movies. Cine Las Americas International Film Festival, from April 21st to the 29th. Austin, Texas.

ANN: Abre cámara. Primera escena. Corte a negro. SFX: Music ANN: Pasó Lajas, Puerto Rico, 2005. Si nuestra realidad latinoamericana parece película, imagínese las películas. Festival Internacional Cine Las Américas, del 21 al 29 de abril. Austin, Texas.

Brief Explanation
We hear an announcer telling a story that happened in real life, but he does it as if he were reading a film script, using technical terms.
