VO: When an earthquake strikes Japan, the Japanese are not the only ones affected. 76.5 FM CoCoLo. A multilingual radio station.
Brief Explanation

In earthquake-prone Japan, disaster prevention is very important. However, as Japan is a homogeneous country, it is easy to forget about the foreign community in Japan. FM CoCoLo is a multilingual radio station that was launched in 1995 - the year of the Great Hanshin Earthquake. The commercial reminds us of the importance of protecting everyone - Japanese and non-Japanese alike - from disasters.
