ANN: Mountain Dew: Delicious beverage or sagacious investment strategy. You decide.

MVO: Well, I’ve always been a pretty big fan of Dew. So it was just natural that I drink it
whenever. For breakfast. At the office. In my car.

ANN: Ahh, this is going to be a whale of a story.

MVO: And since I spent a lot of time in my car. I ended up with a pretty big collection of empties in the passenger side.

ANN: Mountain Dew is riding shotgun. What fun.

MVO: And one day I was a little short of cash, and I figured why not actually redeem some of these empties.

ANN: Ahh, redemption – whether it be getting a nickel for an empty can or vanquishing a
long time rival – is always cause for celebration.

MVO: And you know what, I got almost 4 bucks back.

ANN: Hey, hey, jackpot!

MVO: So you know what I did, I went out and bought some more Dew.

ANN: Re-investing! Someone was paying attention in econ. How refreshing. So there you have it, Mountain Dew is a cash cow. Mountain Dew. Do the Dew.
