This campaign from Publicis Dublin was designed to create awareness amongst the 22-30 year old audience about the consequences that could befall them should they avoid paying their TV Licence Fee. The challenge was to do it in a humorous way that would make the point without intimidating or leaving a sour taste in the mouth of the audience.
