SFX: Sound of an alarm clock going off

SATOMI: (in her early 20s) Ahh… (she stretches)

KEVIN: (in his early teens) Good morning, Mom.

SATOMI: Who’re you?!

KEVIN: It’s me, Mom, Kevin.

SATOMI: Ke-Kevin? Kevin who?

KEVIN: Your future son.

KEVIN: I came from the future to see you, Mom.

SATOMI: If you’re my child and your name is Kevin, then, what’s your father’s name?

KEVIN: Pierre. He’s French. And I’m Kevin, your third son.

SATOMI: Wait…did you just say “third son”?

SATOMI: Don’t tell me I’ll have three kids!

KEVIN: The oldest is Steve, then Robert, Kevin, Nancy, John, Rose…

SATOMI: Wait, wait, how many kids am I going to have?

KEVIN: Stephanie, and Marie.

SATOMI: Why suddenly a French name?

KEVIN: (with an English accent) Marie.

SATOMI: You’re just pronouncing it differently.

KEVIN: (with a different accent) Pierre.

SATOMI: OK, OK. So, where and how will I meet this Pierre guy, my future husband?

KEVIN: A bookstore. You guys reached for the same book.

SATOMI: That’s pretty romantic.

KEVIN: A comic book.

SATOMI: That’s hardly romantic!

KEVIN: If you search with the “comic bestseller” keyword, the IC tag that’s attached to the book tells you where you can find it.

SATOMI: WOW, You can do that?

KEVIN: It’s nothing special; everybody uses it nowadays. Just yesterday, you searched a book with an IC tag and bought it.

SATOMI: Oh yeah? What book?

KEVIN: It’s called “Best Baby Names.”

SATOMI: Oh, Just how many babies am I going to have?

OFF: For example, a wireless IC tag. You can take out a variety of information from this tiny chip that’s attached to a product. We create convenience and peace of mind a little down the road. NTT Data.
