BalticMiles developed a service to find the perfect balance between sitting and moving after a long round trip. Burn-the-miles: Rewarding Members for moving. Members have 24hours after landing to burn as many calories as miles flown. Example: Riga-Berlin-Riga are 1,044 miles. Members are challenged to burn 1,044 calories. If members accomplish the challenge, BalticMiles rewards them with extra points. An App, as a service-platform is linked with the Members Account and gathers additional data by syncing with serveral running devices and services such as Nike+ and more.
