English Description
In this U-verse Total Home DVR spot, we open on a family of four sitting down to eat dinner as Mom takes the remote control to turn off the TV. Everyone smiles politely at each other, un-phased by the TV being turned off. They are eating steak, obviously overdone. Usually this would be a frustrating experience, but because the Total Home DVR is recording all of their shows, everyone is completely relaxed – Dad compliments the chef, the son reads his sister’s diary and she requests feedback, Mom asks to cut the lawn, and Dad wants to speak to his mother-in-law on the phone for hours. We witness the dramatization of how the Total Home DVR brings peace to the dinner table by eliminating conflict of what should be recorded on the family's DVR.
