English Description
The Hong Kong Sevens is the Super Bowl of Asia – and Cathay Pacific is its founding and co-title sponsor.
Every year we create a commercial to reinforce Cathay Pacific’s commitment to the events. This year we did it by turning real-world air-travel experiences into a winning rugby strategy by pitting real flight attendants against very real rugby players to highlight the power of the personal service that the airline is famous for.
So how do you overcome the toughest passengers? When your brand promise is to always go the extra mile, you do it with great personal service provided by staff who aren’t afraid to get dirty to get the job done.
The commercial is a testament to the commitment of Cathay Pacific and its staff to whatever they do – whether it’s air travel or rugby. And it binds the Cathay Pacific brand even closer to the Hong Kong Sevens, the players and the fans.
