While these “citizens of the world” have recently been the subject of criticism, the truth is that expat life can be just as challenging as it is rewarding. It often means leaving family behind, taking personal and professional risks, and trying to fit into a culture that is not your own. In the global relaunch, challenger financial brand Internaxx partnered with creative agency Amsterdam Worldwide to shed some light on the everyday challenges of today’s global citizen in two charming and provocative films. Produced and directed in-house by Amsterdam Worldwide, the films portray everyday struggles that expats face - from keeping the spark in a cross-continental marriage alive to reiterating a thousand times a day that you are in fact, home. The campaign developed from the idea that Internaxx may not be able to help you with all your expat problems, but they certainly can help you with your expat finances. Managing money is an absolute pain for many expats and those living abroad, with very few financial options and little understanding from financial institutions either in their native or adapted country. Internaxx caters to these global citizens by providing them with a safe and secure place to place their assets, easily make international investments, and grow their wealth. The tagline ‘Living abroad is hard. Investing abroad is easy.’ captures Internaxx as the global home for your money, investments, and future.
