NEW WORK - Interstate Batteries Gives Consumers a Jump Start
Today, Dallas-based advertising agency Firehouse launched a new integrated campaign for Interstate Batteries' new program 866-RESCUE-ME.
866-RESCUE-ME is the first 24/7 battery response program that will assist to any driver who has a battery problem - regardless of the type of battery they currently have in their car. Whether they need a battery or simply a jump start, the 866-RESCUE-ME program from Interstate will get them back on the road. The 866-RESCUE-ME program was created to intersect consumers when they have battery problems, and provide them with an alternative solution to the traditional retail channels where Interstate Batteries are not typically available.
This is another opportunity for Interstate to deliver on their brand promise of outrageous dependability.
This is highlighted by the :30 TV spot "Ocean". Having a dead car battery is a truly helpless feeling. It's like being ship-wrecked on dry land. Not only does this spot (a part of our "Instantly Stranded" campaign) bring that emotion to life, it also introduces 866-Rescue-Me as the newest and easiest way to get your life up and running again.
Interstate will be the first brand to utilize a save-to-contact function; this allows those who see an Interstate mobile digital ad to simply click on the ad to download the 866-RESCUE-ME number to their phone contacts. This makes Interstate one click away when that consumer has a battery problem.
