The most important thing for Scandinanavian Airlines to communicate is: time. The traveller´s time – and how they take care of it by flying SAS. Punctuality has been a priority target and they have received the award “Europe's most punctual airline” two years in a row.

Because to really make a difference, flying must be extremely effective. There must be relevant destinations, many departures to choose from and you really have to be sure that you will make it on time.

And competition gets tougher. Low fare airline is taking market shares. But with low ticket prices come extra charges, there are fewer departures and often long wait times at the airport.

So, one Tuesday afternoon at Arlanda airport in Stockholm, we tested what the passengers really think is most important. Time or money.
