English Description
We were briefed to communicate the extraordinary level of service customers get on a Virgin Holiday. Virgin Holidays have a host of features, from Concierge Service to exclusive airport lounges which elevate the experience far beyond the average package holiday. The service you receive is the kind of thing normally reserved for the celebrity elite. Our idea was “Rockstar Service”. A simple encapsulation of the treatment you get on a Virgin Holiday. We created a fictional rock band, “The Danke Schons” who starred in our mockumentary style ads as we followed them on their vacation. The misguided band believed that the service they’re getting was due to their respected position as music superstars. However, it’s clear to the viewer that they’re receiving exactly the same service as everyone else. The ad ends with a voiceover who reminds the viewer that “on a Virgin Holiday, everyone gets treated like a Rockstar”.
