The African elephant is facing extinction. We wanted to ensure a lasting future for this most compassionate creature, raising awareness by engaging the next generation. We re-imagined a story known to countless children all around the world, that of the Chinese zodiac. Our sensitive update ‘The Great Race – A Story of the Zodiac’ became a heart-warming, beautiful tale about one animal’s struggle for survival and the power of friendship and kindness repaid. The illustrated storybook was designed specifically for World Book Day and World Wildlife Day, March 3rd, in schools and bookstores, on Amazon and as an eBook.

3 March 2016 is World Wildlife Day and World Book Day.
Please share this story and help us make 2016 the first ever Year of the Elephant. The year we stop the ivory trade. The year more elephants are born than slaughtered. The year we finally save the elephant from extinction.
WildAid Presents - The Great Race - A Story of the Zodiac
All the animals travelled far and wide for a Great Race to decide the 12 Signs of the Zodiac. The Jade Emperor lined them all up at the riverbed for the race to start. One animal, with the biggest heart, taught all the animals a lesson that day. One which led the Jade Emperor to make a great promise. But what could that be?
