The brief was to create a television campaign to promote the new Yahoo!7 Mail product - a highly acclaimed free email service. The idea behind the campaign is to give people a reason to switch from their old email services. Hence we see testimonials from a woman who has lost the love of her life because her inbox was full and a man who's marriage is on the rocks because he mistakenly opened a spam email in full view of his wife.
