As a company grows, culture and philosophy can become lost. Here at LOVE we are incredibly proud of our culture, it's something unique within our staff, something we always want to protect. However, creating a list of 'Rules' isn’t very interesting, and certainly isn't the LOVE way. Why not give people something they actually want to read? 'The LOVE Consolidated Code of Operating Rules’ encourages us to value our Manchester roots, our storytelling philosophy, our inclination to think differently and of course completing our time sheets. As with every idea at LOVE, both content and method of delivery receive equal consideration, ensuring the output is as engaging and disruptive as it could be. Inspired by staff codes of conduct manuals from the 1950’s train industry, we mimicked their unexpectedly high production values of foil blocked, cloth over board, case bound books and their dry borderline officious titling techniques. Now that's no ordinary company handbook. It has been a triumph, as the company continues to grow our culture remains as solid now as when we were Manchester upstarts over 10 years ago. And even the time sheets are being filled in promptly.
