History of Disney

Disney was founded on October 16, 1923, by two brothers Walt Disney and Roy O. Disney. The company headquarter is located at the Walt Disney Studios in Burbank, California. The Company has proved itself as a head in the American animation industry before it diversified into live-action film production, television and theme parks. Walt Disney production replaced Walter Disney Studio in 1986.

It started expanding its operations into various divisions such as Music and entertainment, online media, radio, and publishing. Disney has created a more corporate group that are associated with its flagship family-oriented brands. The Company became a great body because of their top notch quality products. Walt Disney Studios, which has built a reputation for itself and has become one of the largest studios in American Cinema. Disney consists of three major divisions that include Disney Media Networks, Disney Consumer Products and Interactive Media, and Walt Disney Parks and Resorts.

Disney owns and manages many TV networks, such as ABC television network, Cable television networks, for example, ESPN, A + E Networks, Channel and also publishing, music, and theatre. Disney owns 14 theme parks all around the world.
