Synopsis:
Women are underrepresented in the workplace throughout the entire MENA region. In Egypt, females only make up 23% of the national workforce. But despite this, the public debate around the issue is nonexistent, and few people even realize there is a problem in the first place. So the mission of the campaign was to make people start noticing the lack of women in the workplace.
