Following the âIs This the Nextâ-campaign, where Samsung poked fun at the Internet rumor mill, Samsung and DDB Stockholm now turns to real mediums and psychics to see if they can offer a more accurate prediction of the new Galaxy.
Samsungâs âIs This the Nextâ-campaign poked fun at the rumor mill surrounding the launch of the Galaxy S6. The campaign for Samsung Nordic got picked up worldwide by ABC News, Mashable, The Independent and The Verge, just to name a few.
Now, just in time before the release of the Galaxy S6, Samsung and DDB Stockholm have launched online films where they visit real mediums and psychics, and ask them for their prediction of the Galaxy S6. The three videos include Psychic Barbara Mackey, rock star Astrologer Michael Lutin and a harbor seal named Orange, who have a record of predicting the Oscars and the Super Bowl.
The whole production took place on location, and no actors were used.
