Description of the Project:
For the 2015 Super Bowl, we put a new twist on Snickers’ long-running and successful “You’re not you when you’re hungry” campaign. We took the familiar structure of a hungry person represented by a celebrity, and set it within an episode of the classic American sitcom The Brady Bunch. Two of the main characters are Marcia (known as the perfect daughter) and Jan (known for middle-child inferiority issues). We cast Marcia’s hungry alter ego to be the far-from-perfect-looking action movie star Danny Trejo. Steve Buscemi represented Jan’s internal angst.
