During the summer of 2016, we were tasked to create a localized campaign for Nike's global ‘Unlimited You’ campaign. In the past few years, Japanese 18-21 year olds have been increasingly seduced by the competitor brands. This age-group is the lifeblood of the Nike brand, so ensuring an emotional bond with this audience is crucial for the future growth of the brand in the Japan.The KPI’s were threefold:- On a campaign level: provoke conversation- On a brand level: increase the preference gap between Nike and the next leading brand- On a business level: convert brand equity into actual sales for our seasonal product
